Data Deletion Instructions
People who interact with an Encore Systems application may request deletion of their personal information, including data received through Meta APIs and webhooks.
Disconnect Meta access
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.
- Select the Encore Systems application and choose Remove.
Removing the integration stops future Page access. Social Hub also processes Meta's signed deauthorization callback and disables the related connection tokens and automation.
Request deletion of stored data
Email info@encore-system.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the Facebook Page or Instagram account name, the relevant conversation or interaction, and a description of the data to delete. We may request information needed to verify your identity and authority before deleting or de-identifying applicable data.
